The City of Taylor is very aggressive in using incentives.

The community will work together to provide incentives to lower the short-term location costs and long-term recurring costs of prospective employers. Generous incentives are offered to help locate business expansions in our community. Taylor can offer a combination package of many of the incentives below for qualified projects.

Most of the local incentive programs in Texas are discretionary and require the vote or approval of a third-party board of directors, trustees, commissioners and/or council members. Therefore this letter should not be construed as an actual offer of incentives, verbal or written.
